ME

My name is Sarah Douglas and I made Canadian history with a 6th place finish at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and now I'm going for Gold in Paris 2024

I sail the women's single handed dinghy - ILCA 6 (formerly Laser Radial). I train and compete around the world and in the World Sailing World Cup Series.

I am passionate about youth sailing and females in sport along with promoting an active healthy lifestyle.
